Carriage is free on all orders exceeding £300 before VAT. Carriage to UK mainland is sent by the cheapest method available. Up to 1kg will be sent by first class post at cost + £1.00. Carrier charges start at £7.75 and are banded by weight.

For overseas orders carriage is charged at cost. Please ask for a quote by emailing sales@rutlandbio.com

Contact must be made with the sales office before returning any item. Please note that returns may have a 10% handling fee applied to them.
