Carriage is free on all orders on-line or at catalogue price exceeding £100 before VAT to UK mainland (excluding Highlands and Islands).
Special quotes and contract manufacturing will be quoted on a case by case basis.
Carriage to UK mainland will be sent by the cheapest method available, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the customer.
For overseas orders carriage is charged at cost. Please ask for a quote by emailing sales@rutlandbio.com
Contact must be made with the sales office before returning any item. Please note that returns may have a 10% handling fee applied to them. Before returning any goods, please first also see Terms and Conditions.
